Casa Aba was definitely the favorite place we stayed during our trip. Great value for the money, comfortable rooms, and a wonderful outdoor kitchen and sitting area. The location was quiet and perfect for families, with a short walk to a secluded beach. The staff were kind and friendly.
The hotel breakfast menu could have offered more options besides just toast, fruit, and coffee.

Stunning location, close to the beach and surrounded by lush nature. The pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. The room was beautiful and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities.
The room was not properly screened, allowing bugs to enter freely. This made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.

Location: the hotel was right by the nature, the sea in a quiet and beautiful environment and a most beautiful beach and the excellent restaurant Langosta Feliz. Everyone was amazing and wonderful as well as owner...

The room was huge and unique, the hotel was fairly clean. Units with mountain view. The location was quiet, next to the wildlife around the property at all times, a great sandy beach, and an AMAZING restaurant. Furthermore, in lush tropical jungle. Loved food selection, meals were amazing and they have a wide array of options.

My room at Casa Aba was absolutely extraordinary. It had a unique and inviting layout with two king beds, screened walls, and a balcony with a kitchenette and hammock. The view from the room was stunning, and I loved being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The large pool near the bar and the hot tub were perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The owner clearly takes pride in the property, as everything was well-maintained. The proximity to the beach, with its breathtaking sunset, was a definite highlight. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast at an additional charge. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Casa Aba for its charm, comfort, and blissful ambiance.

I had the most amazing experience at a hidden paradise. The hotel was perfectly situated right by the beach, and the amenities were top-notch. The highlight of my stay was interacting with the playful monkeys and spotting sloths. The staff, especially Philippe, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a truly memorable stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Casa Aba in Matapalo. The beach was absolutely stunning and I loved the fact that it was a remote coastal village with minimal tourists. It felt like a hidden gem. The room itself was cozy and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking a breeze. I also appreciated the European quality of the place, it exceeded my expectations. The beach, which was just a short walk away, felt almost private with only a handful of people around. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Despite the minor inconvenience of not having air conditioning and some bugs in the room, I still had a safe and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even went out of their way to provide me with a microwave when I needed one. I highly recommend Casa Aba for a peaceful and memorable vacation.

Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms with a front porch area. Saw animals like sloths, monkeys, and birds.
No air conditioning in the rooms, only ceiling fans. Trouble connecting to the internet during the stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and with a great swimming pool on-site. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our Christmas holiday even more special. We also loved the comfortable bed and facilities provided.
We had some connectivity issues with the internet during our stay, which seemed to be a problem in the area. there were quite a few mosquitoes on the beach, but dimming the lights in our room helped.

This place is a small and incredibly friendly hotel located in a fantastic area, very close to nature, with opportunities for swimming and bodysurfing, as well as a long beach and the towns of Quepos and Manuel Antonio nearby.
